Definitions and Scope

In this Terms & Conditions document, the word "Platform" refers to the wangkaya website operating under international licensing together with all related services. The word "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses wangkaya's services. The words "We" or "wangkaya" refer to the operator of this platform.

These terms and conditions govern the entire relationship between wangkaya and its members, covering account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus usage, participation in games, and use of all features available on the platform. Account Eligibility and Registration

All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. wangkaya does not accept third-party payments. Any attempt to deposit funds via a third party will be declined and the funds returned.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the member's account must have completed full identity verification. wangkaya reserves the right to hold or delay any suspicious withdrawal for compliance review.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

wangkaya offers various promotional programmes from time to time. The current welcome bonus is a 200% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500. The following are calculation examples that apply:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → wagering requirement RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM1,500 → account balance RM3,100 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

The wagering requirement means the bonus must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The original deposit amount is free to be withdrawn at any time without any wagering requirement.

General conditions for all bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is only eligible to claim one welcome bonus for the lifetime of the account
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member
• Using two accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in account closure
• wangkaya reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus programme with reasonable notice
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse will be cancelled

Game and Betting Rules

wangkaya offers a variety of game categories including sports betting, online slots, live casino, mix parlay and arcade games. Each game category has specific rules displayed within its respective game interface.

General rules that apply to all games are as follows:

• All game results produced by the system are considered final and cannot be amended
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, wangkaya will use system records to determine the status of the game
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the member except under conditions specifically stated in the relevant game rules
• wangkaya reserves the right to cancel any bet suspected of involving manipulation, system abuse or unfair activity

For sports betting and mix parlay games, the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds that apply. wangkaya uses recognised odds providers to ensure transparency.

Member Responsibilities

Each wangkaya member holds full responsibility for their account and activities on the platform. These responsibilities include:

• Notifying wangkaya immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised
• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date
• Using the platform personally and not allowing others to use their account

It is strictly prohibited to engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, colluding with other members, laundering money through gambling accounts, and making false representations to wangkaya.

Account Suspension and Closure

wangkaya reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Failed identity verification or inaccurate information
• Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse
• Breach of any term in this document
• Request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority
• Voluntary suspension at the member's own request

If an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the member will not be able to access their balance until the investigation is complete. wangkaya's decision following the investigation is final. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer service team via live chat or email.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The wangkaya platform is provided "as-is". While we work to ensure platform stability and availability at all times, wangkaya does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free from technical errors.

wangkaya will not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from network disruptions or technical failures beyond our control
• Losses arising from a member's negligence in maintaining account security
• Fair game outcomes based on a certified random number generator (RNG)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

All games on the wangkaya platform use certified technology to ensure fairness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including wangkaya itself.
